Responsible for developing overall project management strategy and working with discipline leads and project teams.
Develops and manages project plan by working with discipline leads (Client, BA, UX, and Engineering) to determine required tasks, task groupings/sequence, milestones, dependencies, schedule, work, and resource/role assignments.
Determines the project approach and methodology (waterfall, agile/scrum).
Participates in writing Change Requests and Statement of Work (SOW) relative to scope, activities/tasks/work streams, deliverables by stage, timeframe, milestones, assumptions, required resources, and work (Cost).
Manages day-to-day team project operations and activities and ensures work is progressing as planned across all disciplines (BA, UX, tech, testing).
Escalates issues accordingly via the appropriate channels; facilitates and organize weekly team meetings. Work across several projects simultaneously, documenting business requirements, business process workflows, Development process flow, feature scope lists and priority, and functional specifications.
