Resolution: Go to settings - Data Source - List of Root App - change all the queries as per below screen shot from “$.name” to “$.name” and Update Logout and Login once again and check, it should work.

Important Note: After installing/upgrading Sapphire-Apps.exe IMPORT settings and KB Apps. Later Import/Export other Apps Setups to Copy App: Open MySQL Workbench or similar Application Create schema as ‘master’ in DB …
