# How to configure Asset Ownership Acceptance by the Users in the SapphireIMS CMDB? Can it be done on scheduled basis and through Email?

The Asset Ownership Acceptance by the Users can be configured from the “Settings Tab-\> Asset and Inventory Management-\> Assets-\> User Acceptance Mail” page. Also, it is possible to configure the same on scheduled basis for stipulated time. The Users can Accept or Reject the Ownership of an Asset through the “My Asset” page in the SapphireIMS Web Portal.
