Yes, SapphireIMS do support customization of logo’s in Email template, it provides an option to Enable/Disable the Logo or display the Logo on Top or Bottom of email template.

Please refer “Customizing the Logo” section in help link [Notification Template](http://www.sapphireims.com/help/notification_template.htm) for the configuration.
