# Is it possible to monitor storage devices in SapphireIMS? What are the different types of storage devices can be monitored?

Yes, its possible to monitor storage devices in SapphireIMS. Following various types of storage devices can be monitored in SapphireIMS. Mainly we use SMI-S(WBEM) standard and CLI for monitoring these devices.
