Basic troubleshooting for SapphireIMS service start issues

If SapphireIMS service is not getting started, following basic things needs to be checked.

  1. Check whether one of the following registry paths is available
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Tecknodreams
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Tecknodreams</strong>
  2. Launch SapphireIMS tray icon and check if it is getting launched.
  3. Check ODBC configuration test is succeeding.
  4. Check config.bat and make sure it is pointing to right server and right credentials.
  5. Check ConsoleManagement\log\SapphireIMS.log if it is throwing any error.
  6. There is a rare chance that executable might get corrupted. In such case, reinstall the setup and check.
