If Authentication provider supports SAML 2.0 protocol, then we can integrate with SapphireIMS. Aside, we support OAuth2 protocol for Google and Office 365 directories.
Note: Prerequiste is users have to be imported in SapphireIMS using different import methods such as LDAP/ excel/CSV to work with SAML/OAuth based authentication.
