Currently SapphireIMS windows agent use Automatic Service Startup by default. However, if you need to change Startup with Delayed mode, there is no option in SapphireIMS other than executing script on each machine which modifies the registry to apply the settings. Please note that it may delay the agent to start so there will be delay to perform any set of activities by agents.
On newer agent roll outs, it can done achieved as part of agent deployment script by adding additional set of commands to achieve this.
