Yes. We can go to that multi approval state’s customize fields. By Clicking on it, a pop-up window will open to configure the multi approval managers. There we can check the option ‘Override at State Transition’.
If it is enabled, when a ticket is moving to multi approval state, Technician will get the option only to change the Number of Approvals and Minimum approvals.
