Customer complains that an user is not getting the option to submit child records. What privileges should be given in such case?

  1. Ensure the user has access to the role inherited by ‘Child Request Access’ .

  2. The corresponding service to create ‘Child request’ are configured with ‘Is child’ option along with the Parent Service.

  3. The fixed fields are having access in terms of the visibility (Refer fixed field configuration in help link Fixed Fields Configuration)

  4. The required additional fields are having access to the child service and also for the appropriate roles.
