We are facing an error while installing Cloud Connector on customer’s jump server, after successful installation it gives below error “Windows is searching for SapphireIMS Cloud Connector Plugin.exe”. Need solution for the same.

Please check the cloud connector installed directory and see whether executable is present. May be Antivirus is deleting the file. If it is a defect, please log a issue record in our current product engineering(CPE) portal by providing screenshots of errors and installed folder.
