SapphireIMS support MFA ( Multi-factor authentication) with only two factors i.e. TFA ( Two-factor authentication) via Email, SMS and both modes.

If customers are using any authentication providers with MFA support such as Azure AD, then you may leverage MFA by enabling the feature in authentication providers.
