With SAML web-SSO enabled, when you click log-out from SapphireIMS, the SSO sessions doesn’t end here. In such case, it is recommended to close all the sessions using End SSO Session. This is global SSO log-out and the URL for same is taken from IDP federation.xml. It is up to the IDP to make sure all the applications which are signed-in using IDP are signed-out. It is left to end user choice whether are not to log-out completely from all the applications.
a. Click on logout in SapphireIMS portal, which gets redirect to following page -
b. Click on End SSO Session to get logout from all SSO logged in applications.
