For Physical Asset Verification (PAV) Mobile App to work, please check following:
i) ITSMWS war has to be deployed ([hostname or IP address]/ITSMWS should be accessible)
ii) If SapphireIMS application and DB severs are on different machine then, in the file SapphireIMS->WebManagement->standalone->deployments->ITSMWS.war->WEB-INF->sapphire-servlet.xml of SapphireIMS application machine, we should replace the URL property for MySQL connection 'localhost with actual DB server’s IP
