I have enabled push notification configuration at SapphireIMS server. Still I am not recieving push notification in MobileApp. What could be the reason?

If configuration is proper at SapphireIMS server end as described in article - How do we get notifications in MobileApp? then you may need to check whether notification permission is provided to SapphireIMS MobileApp in mobile device.
