I have used zip option in package management for software deployment as software has supporting files and directories and used run file. However, I see job got succeeded but software is not installed. What could be the issue?

The zip folder structure may be wrong . Firstly we have create a folder and place all the supporting files and directories inside the folder. Then folder should get zipped and software installation job should be posted.
