SapphireIMS supports setting custom bandwidth speed to override physical speed which is discovered through scanners. This helps in calculating interface utilization as per the speed provided by internet service providers. Once you set, utilization value will be calculated against custom speed and all views/reports shown with respect to this speed.
This can be done by navigating to tabs -
Performance → Select Network or Server → Click on specific device → Select Interface tab → Go to Current Bandwidth widget graph
Click on Setting icon on right top corner
Click on instance for which you want to set custom speed, specify the new value and update
