As part of IT Automation->Software Management->Software Install job, we don’t have direct filter to select 32 and 64 bit windows OS however we have option to use Baseline rule filter which can be defined to select specific windows operating system based on address width.
Windows inventory collects processor details which has address width as one of the parameter. On a 32-bit operating system, the value is 32 and on a 64-bit operating system it is 64. Using following link, you can select filter processor and type Address width along with specifying 32 or 64 bit value so that specific operating systems gets listed - Compliance Baseline Rules
Using this specific baseline rule, you can configure the software install job.
