If AR report data not loaded, what need to be check?

  1. For ITSM Reports, SD records should be present in the respective project.
  2. For CMDB Reports, Assets should be present under CMDB Module.
  3. Check Repository log for custom type report templates like Call summary, chart, Stored Procedure.
  4. Check Birt log for Birt engine type report templates like RPT, RPT Stored Procedures and crosstabs.
  5. If asset related fields are selected in ITSM reports, then make sure assets should be mapped in SD records
