SapphireIMS has the facility to generate/print a form with the service desk record details on it. Through the service desk module, we can design multiple forms with different templates. There are two variations of Forms -
- Basic version with which we can create a list of Service Desk or Asset Fields which can then be attached to the Service Desk Record. Please refer help link Form for the configuration.
- Advanced version with which we can create flexible layouts using HTML and incorporating into Service Desk for automated mailing at state transitions. The advanced version is useful in creating documents like Purchase Orders, Invoices, Asset Allocation Forms etc. Please refer help link RPA Add-on for configuration.
