Is it possible to send Attachment through mails in service desk?

Yes, SapphireIMS do provide and option for Project admin to send Attachment based on the State of the record. Admin can enable or disable the option as per the business requirement.

We can do this by going to setting page of particular process and go to workflow management and States, in that screen you can click on ‘Customize fields’ for a particular state name from where you need to enable Attachments in Email Communications, you will find ‘Allow Attachments in Email Communications’ check box. If you check this, any attachment done on that particular state in a record will be sent as part of email communication if email notification is enabled for the state.
