Patch management error description

What is this error related to?

Error description: Fatal error during installation.
Error description: The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.
Error description: Server execution failed
Error description: The System cannot find the file specified

Fatal error during installation:
This could be due to some system level error which is preventing the patch installation. Try to reboot the device once and deploy the patch, otherwise try to install same patch via windows update. If this approach also not working, please get Microsoft support as it is system specific issue.
The file or directory is corrupted or unreadable:
Please verify there is enough disk space available in the device. Also see if any third party antivirus blocks the patch file. If these are fine, please contact SapphireIMS support to troubleshoot further.
Server execution failed:
Generally this error occurs in servers running with long uptime. Try to reboot the server once and perform the scan/deployment again.
The System cannot find the file specified:
If this is happening during patch scan, please verify whether latest CAB file available in end machine SapphireIMS agent Patch Management directory. If file is proper and still throwing error, try to perform scan via Windows update. If Windows update scan also failing, then it could be some issue with windows update level. Try to reset windows update by following this link. If this error is happening during patch deployment, try to reset windows update using above link, if that doesn’t solve the problem, please contact SapphireIMS support to troubleshoot further.
