Patch/Software files are not getting downloaded in slave agent. What are the the steps to diagnosis this issue?

Master slave configuration to be verified and below points to be validated additionally.
• Configured master agent should be online in SapphireIMS.
• Telnet should happen for 46001 port from slave agent to master agent IP/Hostname. In case master agent has multiple IP, make sure the IP address showing in SapphireIMS UI is used.
• Make sure file is downloaded in the master agent machine.
• Make sure enough disk space is available in slave machine to download the file from master agent.
