The server machine responds very slow due to high CPU some times. Is there any way to monitor in SaphhireIMS?

Yes its possible to monitor the CPU in regular poll interval and setup thresholds. With this you will get alerts when CPU goes beyond set threshold. Please refer online help link on how to configure and view the collected data
