Where to update RPA server details if RPA runs in a defferent server

RPA can be installed in different servers either Linux or Windows servers for better performance. In such cases, we must map rpa server details at Apps servers. Please follow the below steps for the same.

For 5006-2 and above Patch.

Update rpa_url column at rpa_authentication table with RPA path.

For Below 5005 and below patch.

  1. Open application.properties file form SapphireIMS.war\WEB-INF\classes\resource folder.

  2. Edit the file and update rpa.basePath as per the enclosed screenshot. Her we must give rpa server URL/IP.
