While configuring an AFE rule to perform the auto assignment of a record to 'Assign to Helpdesk' based on location. I select the 'To State' as 'Assign to Helpdesk' but I dont get the option to select 'Location' as 'Yes' How to corrct it this issue?

When configuring Auto Functional Escalation rules, the options of considering location based transition and ‘Availability of Technician’ will be displayed for the states which are inherited for ‘Assign’ or ‘Waiting for Approval’. In this scenario, the state ‘Assign to Helpdesk’ would not have been inherited from ‘Technician’. Please change the state configuration to inherit from Assign and then try configuring the ‘AFE’ rule.
