Why sometimes on the listing page, the Asset Serial Number does not reflect, whereas it reflects in the Asset Details and Inventory Details pages?

This happens if duplicate Asset Parameter Fields are created for the SapphireIMS CMDB Asset Types. It is recommended to either create the Asset Parameter Fields with “Unique Name” for each SapphireIMS CMDB Asset Type or use the existing Asset Parameter Fields of a SapphireIMS CMDB Asset Type.
