The bookmark feature in Service Desk Record Listing Page is only available in the My Queue Section but not in the Overall Section. Is there any way where we can bookmark the records in the Overall Section?
Book marking is available only in My Queue, we cannot mark the records in Overall bucket. Once the marking in done in My Queue then the same filters are available in Overall also.
