How do I enable Service desk record's SLA details for end users i.e., for the users who are having only 'Submitter' role access?

By default, the Service desk record’s SLA details will be visible only for the users inherited from the ‘Technician’ role. However, SapphireIMS do provide the option to display the SLA details for the users who are having only ‘Submitter’ role access.

This can be done by accessing the ‘Project Settings’ from the ‘General Settings’ tab (link)

Search for the setting name ‘Restrict SLA violation display for Service Desk Users’ and update the setting value to 1. This will enable the record’s SLA details to be visible for the users who has only Submitter role access.
