MobileApp is unable to connect to SapphireIMS server. How to troubleshoot?

When you are not able to connect to Mobile app, please check the below points -

• Check the URL is working fine when you access the URL over browser in Mobile. If the URL is not proper when you enter in mobile App, it will give the error message the URL is not correct.

• Check if the URL is working fine when you access the URL inside office network any desktop machine and not working from outside. In this case ask your network team to open the Mobile App URL over the internet to access the same.

• If the URL is proper, then you can check the login ID which you are trying use is active or no.

• Check whether the user role in SapphireIMS has privilege to access Mobile View. There are permissions that needs to be enabled at SapphireIMS application level.
