What are the best practices to perform SapphireIMS Agent upgrade once SapphireIMS patch is upgraded?

After upgrading SapphireIMS server, existing agents discovered in SapphireIMS needs to get upgraded (In certain cases, it is not needed when the new patch is not having any agent change - contact Support Team to know about this).

Before upgrading all agents in bulk, disable ‘Enable/Disable force agent upgrade’ setting and schedule the agent upgrade for specific set of test systems to check all the working functionality of agent.

If all the features are working as expected, enable the setting - ‘Enable/Disable force agent upgrade’ to upgrade all the end points globally. There is also provision available to perform agent upgrade in batch by batch using Schedule Agent Upgrade feature.
