SapphireIMS discover engine will collect basic information needed to qualify the nodes into right categories such as server, desktop, firewall, etc and then inventory engine will trigger the inventory data collection during its schedule cycle. Worst case it may take ~15 min to collect inventory after node is discovered. Hence, as soon as the node is discovered, the inventory data will be showing blank and the same will be updated after inventory cycle is completed.
