SapphireIMS always make sure support for backward compatibility during any release for both SapphireIMS server version change and agent version changes as well. This is to make sure agents to communicate with SapphireIMS server even with latest version of SapphireIMS server and if newer agent version is detected, then older version agents will self-upgrade if automatic upgrade setting is enabled.
