The Windows SapphireIMS Agent Package created with UI Option uses IExpress(wextract.exe) built-in windows package manager as a wrapper to base agent installer to embed the user given inputs. While this wrapper doesn’t lead to restart when we execute manually however if it is getting deployed through SCCM, it may lead to restart and we will have to use /R:N argument to suppress the restart.
