SapphireIMS Windows Agents can be installed to target end points with following two step approach -
- Creating package in SapphireIMS using following steps -

Goto Settings->IT Automation-> Click on Windows Agent Installer

Click on Add button to create new package and specify the details as follows

Once saved, Click on Download and select Zip extension as follows
